On the morning of May 28, Huang Xiaowu, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress and Chairperson of the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee, led a delegation to Anhui Tiankang Group for an inspection. The delegation included Li Xingjin, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress and Deputy Chairperson of the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee; Wei Xin, Director of the Office of the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee of the Provincial People's Congress; Zhang Xiaowen, Deputy Director of the Economic Supervision Division of the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee of the Provincial People's Congress and Second-Level Researcher; Hu Kongsheng, Chairperson of the Standing Committee of the Chuzhou Municipal People's Congress; Wu Xiaoshui, Deputy Chairperson of the Standing Committee of the Chuzhou Municipal People's Congress; Chen Jun, Director of the Budget (Financial and Economic) Working Committee of the Chuzhou Municipal People's Congress; Zhang Hongsheng, Chairperson of the Standing Committee of the Tianchang Municipal People's Congress; and Lyu Chuanhua, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of the Chuzhou High-tech Zone. Zhao Jianbing, Deputy General Manager of Anhui Tiankang Group and a Deputy to the Provincial People's Congress, received the delegation.

The delegation visited the 5G Digital Intelligence Empowerment Exhibition Area, the "Tiankang Cloud" Industrial Internet Platform, and the digital production line for smart flowmeters. Zhao Jianbing, Deputy General Manager of the Group and a Deputy to the Provincial People's Congress, provided a detailed report on the Group's recent progress in "smart transformation and digital transformation." Since 2016, Anhui Tiankang Group has been continuously promoting intelligent transformation and digital transformation, gradually building a "1+4+N" digital application system, which has significantly improved production efficiency and product quality. Among these, the "Tiankang Cloud Industrial Internet Platform" has been shortlisted as a key industrial internet platform in Anhui Province, and the "5G Factory for High-Precision Measurement and Control Equipment" project has been successfully included in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's 2025 5G Factory Directory. The Group's digital construction has received recognition at both provincial and national levels.

During the inspection, Huang Xiaowu, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress and Chairperson of the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee, spoke highly of Anhui Tiankang Group's digital transformation achievements. He pointed out that the Group has successfully transformed from a traditional factory into a modern, digital, and intelligent one, fully demonstrating its enterprising spirit and sense of mission. He noted that the Group is currently enjoying a strong and encouraging momentum. As a local enterprise rooted in the area for over fifty years, Anhui Tiankang Group has made outstanding contributions to the local economic development, achieving remarkable results. He expressed his hope that the Group will achieve its development goal of becoming a "100-billion-yuan industry" as soon as possible.
