On the morning of July 25, the Anhui Tiankang Group Instrument Product Strategic Cooperation Signing and New Product Launch Event was successfully held at the Group's first-floor conference center.
Attendees included Mao Wenzhang, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of Anhui Tiankang Group; Han Hengchao, General Manager of Shanghai Modu Instrument Co., Ltd.; Wang Lihuang, Deputy General Manager; Zhang Yuqiang, General Manager of Anhui Tianshi'an Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.; Li Bing, Deputy General Manager of Chengdu Kelishen Sensing Technology Co., Ltd.; as well as Anhui Tiankang Group Deputy General Managers Wang Ju, Zhao Kehua, Zhao Xiang, Chen Baoshan, Zhang Wenchao, Zhao Changkuan, Li Shoucai, Wang Xinzhong, Xiahou Hua, and Zhang Guihua. Also present were Ma Lin, member of the Group Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee, and Li Minghao, General Manager of Anhui Tiankang Baichuang. The meeting was attended by principal heads of various functional departments, technical leaders, and sales manager representatives, and was chaired by Deputy General Manager Wang Ju.

In his welcoming address, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager Mao Wenzhang first extended a warm welcome and sincere gratitude to the entrepreneurs and industry peers who had traveled from afar, and expressed heartfelt respect to partners and sales managers who have long been dedicated to the instrumentation sector and empowered industrial development. General Manager Mao noted that Tianchang, known as "China's Hometown of Instrumentation and Cable," boasts a comprehensive instrumentation industry cluster ecosystem. As one of China's Top 500 Private Enterprises, a leading enterprise of the national-level instrumentation new industrialization industry demonstration base, and a core member of the national-level intelligent instrumentation SME characteristic industry cluster, Anhui Tiankang Group has been deeply engaged in the measurement and control field for over five decades, with a complete manufacturing system, a mature sales network, and a national-level technology R&D platform.
The industry is currently at a critical window for domestic substitution. "If you walk alone, you go fast; if you walk with others, you go far." This strategic cooperation represents an important step in the Group's efforts to extend and strengthen the supply chain and embrace open symbiosis. Shanghai Modu, which specializes in the temperature transmitter niche, and Anhui Tianshi'an, focused on gas detection and analysis instruments, are both benchmarks of excellence in their respective fields, highly aligned with Tiankang's development philosophy and industrial layout. In the future, all parties will center on joint technology R&D, co-manufacturing, and market sharing to tackle industry technical challenges, accelerate the substitution of imported products with high-end domestic instruments, and jointly explore new industrial opportunities.

Han Hengchao, General Manager of Shanghai Modu Instrument Co., Ltd., delivered a speech on behalf of the strategic cooperation signatories. Han noted that Anhui Tiankang Group has long been engaged in industrial manufacturing and instrumentation, with a complete product system in the temperature instrument sector, deep manufacturing expertise, extensive project experience, and broad customer resources, making it one of the most influential enterprises in China's temperature instrumentation field. With over 30 years of R&D focused on temperature transmitters—emphasizing high precision, high stability, and predictive maintenance intelligence—Shanghai Modu's strategic cooperation with Tiankang will deeply integrate the strengths of both parties. They plan to jointly develop new products for emerging markets such as data center liquid cooling, high-end special operating conditions, and intelligent fault diagnosis, leverage Tiankang's sales network to implement more high-end projects, and together build a competitive domestic temperature measurement and control product system.


Hua Qiguo, Executive Deputy Director of Anhui Tiankang Group's National Enterprise Technology Center, provided a detailed overview of the overall cooperation project plan, systematically explaining the implementation pathway, joint R&D directions, and market synergy mechanisms. Witnessed by all guests present, Hua Qiguo, on behalf of Anhui Tiankang Group, signed long-term strategic cooperation agreements with Han Hengchao of Shanghai Modu and Zhang Yuqiang of Anhui Tianshi'an, marking the beginning of a new phase in the collaborative industrial chain development of both sides.

During the product launch segment, six professional technical presentations were delivered, showcasing the core technological achievements of each party. Zhang Yuqiang, General Manager of Anhui Tianshi'an, gave a special presentation on gas detection and analysis instruments, elaborating on the application advantages of high-precision gas detection equipment in the chemical and environmental protection industries. Wang Lihuang, Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Modu, introduced the new generation of intelligent temperature transmitter modules, focusing on core intelligent features such as predictive maintenance and sensor health diagnostics. Li Bing, Deputy General Manager of Chengdu Kelishen, shared the performance features and multi-industry application cases of Coriolis mass flowmeters. Zhang Xiaodong, Engineer from Tiankang Baichuang, introduced the new generation of ultrasonic level meters, covering multi-scenario measurement solutions for pipeline networks and open channels. Chen Feng, General Manager of Tiankang Zhicheng, explained digital applications in IoT remote measurement and control across the full range of wireless intelligent instruments. Engineer Shao Shigao from the Group presented the intelligent anti-leakage device system, which provides comprehensive safety control solutions for oil, gas, and chemical scenarios.
Sales agency agreements were signed at the meeting, solidifying channel support for the full market launch of new products. During the open exchange session, participating sales representatives engaged in discussions on project cooperation, product customization, technical coordination, and joint regional market development.
