As the leading enterprise of Tianchang’s instrumentation and cable industry, Anhui Tiankang Group boasts strong leadership in technology, brand and resource integration, providing solid guarantee and core support for the efficient operation of the cluster promotion institution.
The key tasks are outlined as follows:
**First, upgrading marketing models.**
Relying on Tiankang’s extensive sales team embodying the spirit of "enduring hardships to serve the nation", a nationwide, fast-responsive sales network will be established, while steadily expanding overseas markets and actively fostering a digitalized, full-domain marketing management model.
**Second, enhancing industrial and product innovation capacity.**
Based on Tiankang’s digital construction system, the Group will accelerate digitalization in product design, process design and knowledge base construction, upgrading products from the mid-to-low end to the mid-to-high end. It will strengthen brand cultivation, promote the registration of the geographical indication trademark "Tianchang Instrumentation".
Taking Tiankang’s high-precision thin-film temperature-sensing chips and COT cracking furnace thermocouples (which have achieved import substitution) as models, the Group will strengthen the "Tianyi" trademark and cultivate a well-known industry brand. It will also expand applications in high-end markets, laying out emerging key sectors such as smart cities, rail transit and marine engineering.
**Third, promoting digital-intelligent transformation and intelligent upgrading.**
Leveraging Tiankang’s digital workshops and intelligent factories, and with the support of national-level platforms, the Group will conduct self-assessment of intelligent manufacturing capability maturity to **"promote construction through evaluation"**.
Efforts will focus on fostering Tiankang to upgrade to a **national excellent-level intelligent factory** and exploring AI + manufacturing application scenarios. Focusing on the current challenges faced by Anhui Tiankang Group and common difficulties encountered by SMEs in the industrial cluster during digital transformation, the Service Group will systematically collect demands, select and promote several mature and applicable advanced technologies, and create replicable typical application cases.
