On the morning of March 18, the 2026 Work Safety Conference of Anhui Tiankang Group was successfully held at the Conference Center on the first floor. Mao Wenzhang, Deputy Party Secretary, General Manager of the Group and Director of the National Enterprise Technology Center, attended the conference and delivered a speech. Present at the meeting were Group leaders Zhang Zuguo, Bai Baodong, Xu Chengye, Wang Ju, Zhao Kehua, Li Jinsong, as well as principal persons in charge of all factories (companies) and departments of the Group and full-time safety officers. The conference was presided over by Xu Chengye, Deputy General Manager in charge of work safety of the Group.
In his speech, General Manager Mao Wenzhang pointed out that safety is the cornerstone of enterprise development and an important guarantee for its high-quality development. The Group must always put work safety in a position “higher than, prior to, more important than and greater than everything else”, and firmly establish the concept that “grasping safety means grasping development, and ensuring safety means safeguarding the overall situation” to effectively carry out work safety.
With regard to the Group’s work safety in 2026, General Manager Mao put forward five requirements:
First, adhere to a political stance and strengthen the responsibility of “top leaders”. Principal persons in charge of all units and departments must earnestly assume the duties of “primary responsible persons”, personally deploying, inspecting and implementing work safety.
Second, adhere to systematic thinking and strengthen coordinated advancement as “a single chess game”. All units and departments shall strengthen information sharing, resource integration and force linkage, and shift work safety from “acting separately” to “coordinated operations”, forming a safety governance system featuring vertical connectivity, horizontal coordination and overall linkage.
Third, adhere to bottom-line thinking and strengthen precise prevention and control with “a single network”. Adhere to problem orientation, focus on key areas, critical links and high-risk zones, and continue to carry out full-coverage, dragnet-style investigation and rectification of potential safety hazards. Strictly follow the “three no-sparing principles” – no letting go until hazards are identified, no letting go until responsibilities are fulfilled, and no letting go until rectification is in place, so as to truly achieve closed-loop management and dynamic clearance.
Fourth, adhere to coordinated development and strengthen an “integrated” security pattern. Coordinate the work of park safety, production safety, product quality safety, environmental safety, information security and other aspects, and build an all-round, multi-level and three-dimensional safety prevention and control system.
Fifth, address both symptoms and root causes and strengthen a “unified ruler” assessment mechanism. Take work safety as a key part of performance assessment for all units, requiring the Work Safety Leading Group to take the lead in formulating specific plans and measures. Meanwhile, a “safety performance salary” coefficient will be added to the salary structure, directly linking work safety with employees’ salaries. A clear assessment orientation will be adopted to urge the implementation of responsibilities and work, thus forming a strong synergy of joint management and vertical linkage.
At the meeting, Deputy General Manager Xu Chengye briefed on the Group’s work safety performance in 2025, comprehensively summarizing the achievements and shortcomings in work safety over the past year. He also led the participants to watch and study work safety warning education cases, and made specific arrangements and deployments for the Group’s work safety in 2026.
